Web Pages are a way of displaying an individual’s work on the computer. There are many things that can be on a web page. Web Pages can have URL links – that go directly to a specific website, clipart or real photos, flaming text, charts or tables and bulletin lists are a few examples. Here is an example of my Web Page.
Teachers can make a web page for their specific class or have a school web page. Parents and Students would be able to access the web pages and find out, upcoming events, important events, important reminders, students work, etc.
I would have a grade 5 class create a web page that all the students had a chance to work on. I do not think I would make a web page for a certain subject or unit. I would have a more general web page for my students. I would allow them to take digital pictures of their artwork and upload it. This will allow for parents and family to see the students progress throughout the year. Students would be reminded that personal information will not be allowed on the class web page.
